Bus: We found the meeting point, but the guide there was very unfriendly and incompetent to any questions we still had! Unfortunately, the tour had to be canceled later because of the demo, but of course the bus couldn't help it! At the meeting point we also found out that the boat meeting point was somewhere else and not the one described on the internet. That should actually be corrected on the internet, the descent was also illuminated on the internet from 10 a.m., but only went from 10.30 a.m.! Boat: was very nice and friendly staff. Because of corona, they really only put people together who belonged together and the remaining places were free. It's also a bit misrepresented on the internet. I assumed 24 hours hop on hop off and then boat tour the next day, but you have to do it all in one day!

The tour was fine, not as much historical information from the audio guide (English) as expected and it was a little incoherent; but was a good way to travel around Berlin. You MUST have a copy of the PDF document confirming your booking as the mobile voucher on the app does not suffice. Apparently the red bus company doesn’t exist anymore and has been taken on by another company and the PDF document has to be sent off to the big bosses. This created some issues as we only had the mobile voucher, but we rang get your guide and the woman on the phone was very helpful and we we’re able to gain a copy of the PDF document.

Some buses were old some were new you can tell this company has been a while, the other tour buses had newer less packed busses. The driver didn’t stop at one of the stops even though we were standing by the stairs which meant we were much further away from our accommodation at the next stop we had to get a tram for 5 stops because of this, costing us more money. We didn’t realize where the stop was as we didn’t have our headphones in cause we were waiting for the driver to stop.
