Bus was nice and warm and a great way to see the main sights of Berlin! We jumped on at Potsdamerplatz and were greeted by one of the employees - Ganesha - who was very helpful and friendly... There were a few demonstrations going on that day so we had to change route a little but still got to see a lot, we really liked that we could jump out at East Side Gallery for 20 mins - perfect for people with kids/elderly.

The experience of the bus tour was wonderful although the bus driver had stopped several times for 20 minute periods without an apology or a reason. The audio was very quirky with two men talking to each other although more historical information and explanations would make this tour much more better. Overall got to see the most important landmarks in Berlin in a short time so always worth to do the tour.

Enjoyed the trip around Berlin on the hop on hop off bus, but it wasn't made clear what the process was for getting back on. We had earphones to listen to the commentary but they didn't work. We tried a few outlets on the bus, but none seemed to work. This was the case with all the buses we were on throughout our journey. We both enjoyed the experience even though we couldn't understand the language.
