It was useful having the app and being able to see the buses coming and being able to track the bus while you are on it and know when your stop is coming. The B route is different to the one published that is on the website. good overview of the City

though delayed by the Berlin Marathon and having to use many detours we still were able to get a good overview of the City - using the two routes allowed us to see different areas; transfers between routes was pretty quick. We had a great experience by the representative at Checkpoint Charlie (he was very helpful when we were experiencing a delay caused by the Marathon). The only thing we were not expecting were the delays because of driver breaks; 20 - 30 minutes.
