Easy to use. Good commentary through audio guide. Stops not too far apart
The tour covers a huge area, and has stops in lots of interesting areas. I liked that there is a shorter Blue route that focuses in the eastern part of the city. Very good English commentary on the recorded channel.

You can board the bus at any stop during operating hours. Both the Red Line and Blue Line begin at Big Bus Stop 1 (Alexanderstrasse 3-5). The Red Line runs from 9:45 AM to 3:20 PM, with a full tour lasting approx. 2 hours. The Blue Line operates from 10:15 AM to 3:15 PM, with a full tour lasting approx. 45 minutes. Please exchange your voucher with staff at the bus stop. The Boat Tour starts at the Alte Börse (Burgstraße 28, 10178 Berlin), close to Stop 2, Museum Island. You must first redeem your ticket at the bus stop.
