Amazing museum for anybody interested in history. 40 rooms of fascinating information on the rise of the Third Reich. I spent two hours there and only got thru 12 of them! And didn't see the 90 minute movie that is also included. I didn't care for the included audio guide, preferring instead to read the very detailed placards (but I think I'm unusual that way). It's a pretty straightforward and traditional museum set-up, and many people would probably find it a bit dry; there's nothing I saw that is interactive. But I loved it. Not crowded at all when I went at 5pm on a weekday in November.

Interesting. Lots of detail behind the bigger picture. Bit crowded at first until it thinned out. Could do with a cafe as you need a long time to read everything and a break would have been welcome. Not too fussed by the second exhibition about the 1960s, which seemed a mixture of info.

We really enjoyed the experience! The bunker itself is interesting and simply an experience just walking through it, and the history is told in such a way that everyone can understand + the audio tour really helps a lot! Considering the price is affordable, it is close to a train station and it gives a lot of insights on the bunker + the period of time within dictatorship, I would highly recommend giving it a try. The only downside is that you could get a bit tired walking and listening to the 40+ rooms of history, but there are a few chairs here and there. Every room has 1 chair, and you can find small benched on some of the corridors. I would say that it is not such a nice activity for kids below 14 or so. I’ve seen a few and they were yawning and just whining to their mums.
