I went early in the morning and there were very free people so it was easy to see everything unhindered

Please go to the entrance of Charlottenburg Castle at the time indicated on your ticket. For all other palaces included, you can visit during the day of your booking (no specific entry time required). To visit the New Pavilion please go to Charlottenburg Palace New Wing or Old Palace to get a ticket with an entrance time.

Know before you go
- Operating hours: January 1 to March 31 and November 1 to December 31, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM-4:30 PM.
- April 1 to October 31, Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM-5:30 PM .
- Last entry is 30 minutes before closing
- New Pavillon: January 1 to March 31 closed.
- April 1 to October 31, only on Sunday, 10 AM-5:30 PM .
- Mausoleum: April 1 to October 31, Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM-5:30 PM
- Reduced-price tickets are available for children, students, trainees, participants in the Federal Volunteers (BFD) or Freiwillige Soziale Jahr (FSJ, voluntary social year) programs, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability of at least 50%), as well as recipients of Arbeitslosengeld I unemployment benefits. Proper identification must be shown for reductions to apply
- To visit the New Pavilion, you will need a ticket, which you can obtain at the ticket counters in Charlottenburg Palace, the Old Palace or the New Wing. The guided tour of the New Pavilion is available in German or English.
