The ride was good and the van was super comfortable. However, the driver wasn't there when we arrived and we had to call the service provider and chase/wait the driver for 20 minutes after a 12 hr flight.

The description said we would be met at arrivals by someone holding our name on a card. This didn’t happen and we were stood around waiting in arrivals. We had been sent a WhatsApp message which isn’t great if you have switched off the data roaming on your phone; only found the message because I switched the roaming back on just in case. We were then picked up about another 20 minutes later. This all pretty much defeated the object of pre-booking the transfer. We just booked a standard taxi from the hotel for the return leg back to the airport which was €12 cheaper!!!
