Einfach top! Wir hatten den besten Guide (Mustafa)! :) Das Weter war a... kalt, aber die Runde wart super. Kurze Einweisung Fahrübungen und dann ging es los. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir in 2h schnell erreichen. Wenn wir einen Zwischenstop einlegen wollten, war das kein Problem und wir konnten immer tolle Bilder machen. Unser Guide erklärte uns viel und beantwortete uns auch all unsere neugierigen Fragen rund um Berlin und das Leben in Berlin. Definitiv gerne wieder. Das Geld ist völlig ok. Lg aus Sachsen. :)

Treffpunkt lt. Wegbeschreibung endet an einem Hauseingang eines MFH. Leider keinerlei Hinweise zur Segway-Agentur. Mehrere Gäste waren verwirrt wegen des Treffpunktes! Müsste unbedingt besser dargestellt werden! 15 min vor Abfahrt soll man sich einfinden, doch da war kein Ansprechpartner da. Personal war nicht pünktlich vor Ort. 3 Gruppen wurden dann gleichzeitig abgefertigt (1 ankommende und 2 abfahrende), das führte zusätzlich zu Platzproblemen und Zeitverzögerungen. Sehr kurze Einweisung! Üben erfolgte teilweise auf der Fahrbahn bei laufendem Verkehr - ungünstig! Es blieben dann noch 1,5 h Fahrzeit übrig. Leider wurde dadurch der angepriesene Checkpoint Charlie weggelassen. Alle anderen Stops waren toll und man bekam sehr gute Erläuterungen vom Guide! Danke!

Als Tourleiter hatten wir einen Praktikanten der sehr nett und auch informativ war. Es ging nach einer recht kleinen Einweisung schnell los was anfangs ein unsicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Aber nach der Zeit fuhren wir aber auch sehr sicher. Die Gruppe war klein was aufjedenfall von vorteil war. Als wir an den Sehenswürdigkeiten anhielten gab es ein paar Infos die aber nicht zu ausführlich waren (was von unserer Seite wünschenswert war). Also alles im einen aufjedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.
