Full description
Begin your hike at 11:30 AM at the Skjeggedal car park. Follow the trail up to Gryteskar, which is accompanied by great views of Folgefonna Glacier. On the way, be served a classic Norwegian mountain lunch. Arrive at the cliff around 5:00 PM, depending on the pace. The campsite is not far from Trolltunga, which has stunning views. Here, you will also find the original Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen), which is a stunning cliff that was almost forgotten and is as magical as the more famous Trolltunga.

At night, enjoy the famous Reindeer-stew with rice and lingonberry. After dinner, you can either relax in your tent or enjoy a hot tea, coffee, or toddy by the campfire. If you want to ensure a good nights sleep, take a swim in the secret pond, which no one has ever regretted. Wake up early the next morning for breakfast and coffee or tea. After breakfast, walk back to Trolltunga before you head back to civilization. Depending on the pace, you should be back at the car park between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
