Interesting day out with nice views and friendly people

This was a nice mix of a little bit of shopping and a little bit of wine tasting. I would have appreciated better information before the trip about how the day was going to be laid out. It worked out fine though. First Franciacorta Oulet with lunch on our own. We had a delicious plate of different hams and salamis together with some wine. At 14.30 we went to a small wine yard where we had an interesting visit - we were only six people so we could ask all the questions we wanted. The views were stunning. We tasted one of their wines and could buy som too. Then back to the outlet for about an hour befor we went back. It was all well worth the money.

Great tour: transportation, lunch, outlet and wine as agreed.

Very good, although wine tasting is limited to two types of wine. However, winery of great quality and is the owner who presents the production process. The outlet tb is very cool. Transport included van and bus, both with air conditioning. The only problem was that the driver of the van in Bergamo was not in the agreed place (the agreed place was a source and he was in front of a bar about 100 meters from the agreed place, I almost lost the van). Lunch at the outlet is free and includes salad or cold board + wine + coffee. Basic, but of great quality. I found the tour very good for the price and recommend it. Be sure to try the gelato in the Outlet and buy the wine in the winery, as it is much cheaper than in any market / bar.

Winery great, outlet too much

The meeting point in Bergamo at the train station at the fountain was actually easy to find. Then came a call in English / Italian, where our bus is. We were told that a large white bus is waiting in front of the train station. When we found him after 15´ it was a small bus with a lot of advertising and it used to be white. He was to the right of the train station. Only after 15´ there was a bus driver who held up the sign "Franciacorta" in despair, because we discovered the bus half an hour ago. With this minibus we would be driven to a normal coach in which we counted 3 passengers. Our visit to the Elisabetta Abrami winery was very interesting. She spoke German and explained her small but fine winery. Excellent. The outlet is big and impersonal, you could have known that. For lunch there was a salad and a glass of wine and coffee. Right for us. I expanded my horzont so it was interesting.
