Neil was a fantastic tour guide who took us all round Benidorm, giving us interesting information and different perspectives of the city. He made sure we had plenty of stops and rest breaks to take a drink and stretch our legs. I was an especially nervous rider but he gave clear instructions throughout and reminded us how to control the segways. A great experience.

Our guide Neil was absolutely fantastic and helped us through getting used to the Segways so brilliantly as my partner Fiona was very nervous and was on the verge of not going ahead with the tour. Neil handled this situation so well and got Fiona used to it the machine so well in the hotel car park so comfortably that she became a fabulous Segway rider and enjoyed every minute of the tour. We saw a whole new side of Benidorm on the tour as we went to the nature reserve and climbed the mountain to the famous landmark cross that everybody sees from the strip but never goes to. The Segways climbed the hill effortlessly. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough and special mention to Neil. The best tour guide we have ever had. Bravo.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience. Never rode a Segway in my life but got the hang of it pretty quickly. Very kind, professional and patient tutor\guide. An experience that will be remembered forever. Saw some breath taking views and far out destinations. I recommend this activity to everyone it’s definitely a must do on your Benidorm holiday, I promise you won’t regret it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
