We needed a lot of patience until the bus came, although we were picked up at the 2nd stop. Gabriela's explanations were explained in English, French and Spanish in an exciting and motivated way. We had booked the excursion in German, Gabriela apologized that she doesn't speak German, but since we understand English and French it wasn't a problem. After the descent, everything worked perfectly, including the toilet/coffee stop. In the gorge itself you have about 2 hours stay.

Could be better, need improvement and bus had to be refurbished.

Nice city to explore with Hop On Hop Off Bus to gave insight and a little bit history of Benalmadena. Bus really need to be refurbished to increase the excitement and the quality of the tour. Not enough information about the tour itself. Longer operating hour and more frequent tour would be nice.

On day 1 we went to the 2nd pick up point (on time) but waiting 45 minutes. No bus arrived and no email sent with any updates. Went to seek help from staff at Sealife nearby. Only to find out the bus was not stopping at Stop 2. Once we got to stop 1 and boarded there was no real intro, boarded and had to find our own way, just told to take headphones. The tour voice in headphones weren’t clear, didn’t know where to look. Overall it was ok but quite boring. Long waits at some of the stops (20+ mins). No information from the driver. No announcement of the stops. Bus in need of some updating, big crack in upstairs front glass, faded seats and handle bars.
