The caves are amazing. My guide Jose and his guide in training Andrea were great. I will say that the tour is extremely physical, you will get muddy (but not wet), you will be in very tight spaces, and you will be sore. I am in my early 30’s and it was rough on me. There was an older couple that went in before me, late 60’s to early 70’s, that made it through just fine, however they did not do the full tour of the cave. There are no photograph options but if you bring your camera/phone, you can take pictures yourself and my guides took pictures of me. The lunch was fantastic as well. You definitely need a change of clothes and would also recommend bringing a change of shoes. The cave itself does not appear to be very popular, as it is overshadowed by the ATM Cave, you will likely have the cave to yourself most of the time. I myself only saw 4 other people during my tour and we barely crossed paths.

Really liked the ruins! Junior was an excellent guide-super knowledgeable and lots of personality! Almost missed it! Snafu with our booking - if another driver looking for passengers to Belize city hadn’t been at our hotel by mistake, we would not have been ably to join the tour. The Blue Hole was cool but less spectacular than expected. Great lunch, Travis was a good driver. Glad it all came together 😎

Absolutely fantastic cave and splendid guide. But beware you need to be fairly fit and you will go through some very small tight passages. You will get dirty but not wet. And it will be sooooo worthy. It's like being in Pandora.
