The driver queried if anyone got car sickness as we were going to be on winding roads. He checked on us a number of times to make sure if he needed to slow down or stop. Very considerate of his passengers. Beautiful countryside and interesting places/sites visited. Enjoyed the commentary given of the history of places. Had my husband and mother in law with me.

The strongest point of the nice trip was Marco as our quide. His profesionalizm, knowledge and friendly open mind (discrete and not attacing) was exactll what we expect and like. The trip was very nice. Nice to see and learn the facts about Serbia from another point of view. THX a lot.

This tour takes you on a long journey into Western Serbia, a region known for its natural beauty with untouched nature. It takes several hours to get there and back, which means you will be spending a lot of time sitting in the vehicle, with a little amount of walking. The first two sites you visit, the Gate of Podrinje, and the Drina River House are beautiful sites, but they are merely a viewpoint, and you don’t really get to do anything while you’re there other than viewing it and taking pictures. The Šárgan Eight train and the Wooden City are cool, but they are a bit tacky and too touristy. I wish the tour offered the option to either walk through a trail at the beautiful Tara Park or to take the train. Our tour guide, Uroš was the best part of the trip. His English was great, a very skillful driver, and I really appreciated his background and knowledge in geography, geopolitics and history as a fellow geography and history geek.
