It was a beautiful day out and the Golubac fortress looks dramatic against the Danube river and a relaxed day and speed boat ride in Danube and a lunch by the river to finish it off is a perfect day and our guide was informed , pleasant and gave us enough time to explore the place

The tour with Bojan was excellent. He went out of his way to tell us everything we wanted to know about Serbia. The boat tour on the Danube enhances the fortress's visit, which offers different perspectives and even glances across the border to Romania. I would very much recommend this as a refreshing excursion outside the city!

We absolutely loved this tour. A lot of history for one day trip. You get the impression that the time does not exist. At certain point you don't know anymore who was here first:mammoths, lepenski vir civilisation,Serbs,Romans,Othomans etc. One thing is certain though, as our kind and very knowledgeable tour guide Milan said, we are the only ones that stayed and continue to exist in this malting pot of civilisations.
