Met our Guide Brian at the Jury’s Inn and was immediately welcomed to the tour, Brian was first class took us to see all the Murals stopped and allowed us to get out and take pictures whilst explaining what they were and why they were there, Brian took his time and was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen too, I would definitely recommend the tour and in particular Brian, absolutely well worth it a must if your in the City

Do not miss this tour. Our guide Bobby was world class informative and entertaining. He arrived early, finished late ie. gave us extra time for free, and then dropped us off at the Titanic museum as a courtesy. The point of this tour was to understand first hand what is was like living through these times, growing up in the 70s and 80s all I had was the BBC news giving me their account. The tour met all hopes and expectations - however, I would urge the providers to consider a 3 hour tour which would give more time for the taxi driver to provide greater explanations, enhance the narrative, and learning. I think for some this would be a great option. Among many travels and tours I have been on, along with a favela tour in Brazil, this ranks as the very best. Absolutely brilliant.

Our guide, Robbie, was unbiased and told us how the “Troubles” started and how they escalated into the horrors they became. He explained the meanings of the murals and how the peace wall was put in place and showed us the scenes of some of the atrocities that occurred and the memorials to the victims. We lived through these times but in England and had no idea about how it was. It opened our eyes to the Catholic point of view and to the Nationalist perspective. So much information to take in.
