It was great! Best to go early to avoid a big line. We made it there at about 10am and got in right away (there were then lines to go to the different floors but it wasnt too bad. As we were leaving the line grew immensely just to get inside.

I bought the ticket while walking towards the Belem Tower 25 minutes before the closing time . They email you a voucher the moment you buy the ticket. It was scanned at the entrance and saved me a lot of time waiting or buying in person (there was a line for that).

To get to the Tower of Belem, I advise you to take a bus to get to the nearest station: "lg Principessa". To visit the Tower go there early before 11 am otherwise you will be entitled to 1 km of queue (of all the tourists who come from the Monastery of Jeronimos). very nice view of the Tagus and the 25th of April Bridge.
