We had a lovely day here. The staff were great and it was a pleasant experience. When we got there, we took the speed boats to the island, first stopping at the ‘pool’. This was pleasant. The only downfall was the speedboat we got over was very uncomfortable. I later learned one of the speedboats had padding on it which would have been more comfortable. When we got to Saona island, we stopped for lunch. The options were ok. There was rice, some chicken on the bone, spaghetti, veg, fruit - the basics. There was an open bar and also the option to buy a pina colada in a pineapple for $12 - this was amazing! You then have a 2 hours or so to relax on the sun loungers, swim in the ocean or get a massage. I would recommend taking water shoes as whilst the beach is sandy, there are a lot of rocks under the water which are sore on your feet. We then got the catamaran back to the bus. This was a nice experience and the staff were encouraging people to join in and dance.

It was simply a beautiful day. Our guide Alejandro did a great job, always making sure that we were all together and was open to any questions. I also liked that we took a 400 hp speedboat on the way there and a catamaran on the way back. On the catamaran, there were free drinks and three dancers who you could dance with. When we arrived on Saona Island, there was a buffet and a picturesque beach that we hadn't seen before. It wasn't affected by algae!!! All in all, it was a great day and definitely worth the €70!

Eduardo was amazing! Very detailed and planned journey throughout! Everything was on time, he gave us detailed information about the island he was a fantastic tour guide ! The catamaran there was lovely and a speedboat back is perfect as you feel more tired. I definitely recommend booking!

This is definitely so worth it for the amount of money you pay, everything was safe and secure and it was a beautiful experience. I recommend loading up on sunscreen as you’ll be exposed to the sun for the majority of boat travel

It was a really great day. It was especially nice that we were able to get to Saona before the crowds arrived thanks to the speedboats.
