The bus driver was very funny and made us feel welcome. Seats were easy to get and the bus stopped at each stop for a good length of time allowing you to get on and off easily. For me the earplugs for the recorded tour were easy to get in and loud enough to hear. For my mum who has a hearing aid not so much and she didn’t want to take her hearing aid out so missed the commentary. Loved the fact you could get on and off all day wherever you liked and there were two different tours available. Lots of convenient stops. Buses every 15 minutes so no massive queues! Could use over two days so really good value for money!
