The ebikes we will use will allow us to move easily and effortlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of the countryside and the journey itself. After about 50 kilometers, we will reach the viewpoint of Matera, one of the most beautiful observation points on the city of Sassi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, famous for its ancient houses carved into the rock. From here we can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city and capture in photos this extraordinary landscape. After enjoying the panoramic view and taking a break to relax, we will head to a farm on the way back. Here we will have the opportunity to participate in a mozzarella workshop and learn how to make traditional mozzarella by hand. We will learn how to cook milk, how to separate the curd from the whey, how the mozzarella is formed and how to work the pasta to create delicious delicacies such as nibbles and nodules. It will be a unique experience for us and our senses, in which we can experience and taste the culinary delights of Puglia. After the mozzarella workshop and having recharged the batteries, we will resume our ebike and head back to Gioia del Colle, enjoying the beautiful views that surround us. Along the way back, we will have the opportunity to admire once again the beauty of the Apulian countryside and basilicata, through picturesque villages and villages. The excursion by ebike with the mozzarella laboratory is an unforgettable day, a complete experience that will allow us to immerse ourselves in the nature and culture of Puglia and Basilicata.
