Turisti in Puglia excellent at communicating with us. They let us know so what to expect throughout our day and provided us with detailed information. Our driver arrived early (which was perfect for us as we were at the pick-up point early). The driver was courteous, kind and professional. A very interesting guide with a very good level of English who will explain the history of the city to you with passion and answer your questions with precision and barely hidden enthusiasm. She will take you through the typical streets of Matera on a 2-hour guided tour. It should be noted, however, that visits to buildings are chargeable and not included in the reservation.
The two cities are worth it, the magnificent and very helpful guides. It was very hot and our guide Gianfranco, I don't remember if it was this name (forgive me) in Matera helped us at all times, and explained everything in great detail. In Alberobello, the driver Francesco guided us and even though I wasn't feeling well, he was great!
The tour was awesome. You have plenty of time to experience Matera and Alberobello. Tour guides were so knowledgeable, answered all questions. Highly recommend tour.
