Constructed in neoclassical style, it dates back to the early 19th century. It was built on top of the remains of a fourth-century Romanesque church that was devoted to St. Marino. The conventional basilica design has a lengthy nave accompanied by two side aisles, each adorned with altars. You will then head towards the cable car station, which will take you up to the top of Monte Titano. The view from the cable car is stunning, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the top.
