Daniel was an amazing guide! He provided a lot of information on things related to the tour and the places visited. You get to see the shepherds houses and get some insight on how life was back then. You get free time (almost 2 hours) to spend at the Sanctuary; you can attend mass, buy candles, get holy water from the fountain, eat, etc. After that time you will be picked up by your guide and taken back to Lisbon. Wonderful experience, definitely recommend for those who want to dedicate the visit fully to Fatima, as apparently some full-day tours will spend more time in other towns. P.S. Be considerate of your guide and be on time! They let you know at what time you will be picked up and exactly where. Be respectful and do not bring luggage with you (a personal bag/back pack is ok) as the van is prepared for people only.

My family and I (2 kids 9 and 12) went on this private tour of Fátima and Sintra. Hermes was our driver and was a great guide to Fátima and Sintra. He was really accommodating throughout the tour and did an amazing job explaining Sintra's Palace of Pena. He also gave us time to explore Fátima and Sintra's restaurants ourselves which was nice. I really enjoyed this tour and would definitely do it again! Thanks, Hermes!

We had an excellent trip with Hermes! He was so nice and was really great and explained everything we saw with a lot of detail. He let us decide how much time we wanted at each monument or for breaks and eating making the day super customizable to what you preferred seeing. I would highly recommend this tour and honestly any tour with Hermes.

Our guide and driver Ricardo EXCELLENT! His knowledge and narration about the place to visit was entertaining, interesting and super helpful. Committed to his work.

Cool Tours did a nice job and the guide was knowledgeable and informative. However some of communication with get your guide was not the best.
