Full description

Take a day to explore Mount Titlis, by taking a train from Basel. Arrive at the base of the mountain, and ride a cable car that leads up and above the glacier. Make a visit to an illuminated glacier cave, and walk the Titlis Cliff Walk, with views across the Alps.

Meet your guide and board the train from Basel, admiring the changing landscape and hearing about the country and its people along the way. Once at the base of Mount Titlis, get into the cable car and make your first stop at the illuminated cave.

Next, discover the highest summit of the Northern range of Susten Pass, which lies between the Bernese Oberland and Central Switzerland. Now above the glacier, take the Titlis Cliff Walk, the highest elevation suspension bridge in Europe that offers views across the Alps.
