The service is overall pretty good. It is door to door service. They picked me up at my hotel at Barreirinhas and dropped me at the hotel at São Luis. The only reason why I did not give 5 star is that they were more than one hour late than what they have promised. It said 4pm but I was waiting for them right in front of my hotel until after 5pm. I hope it is just one time delay. It is a little bit frustrating not knowing whether they are coming or not. Although I understand it is not possible to pick up everyone at exact 4pm, one hour delay is more than I have expected. I hope them to be clear about this and to state that the pick up time is 4 to 5 pm. Again the service is overall good.

It was good. However, the transfer wasn’t 4.5 hours. It is more like 6 hours bus drive from São Luis to the destination.

I do not recommend taking this shuttle, 1h30 late and the bus crowded with very little space.
