Take 20 minutes to relax and soak in the charming atmosphere of this picturesque town. From Tanunda, we’ll head to the beautiful Turkey Flat Vineyards, a family-owned winery with a proud history dating back to 1847. Here, you’ll enjoy a structured tasting session followed by an incredible regional platter lunch made up of local meats, fresh breads, cheeses, pâté, and an assortment of delights. This is the perfect meal to savor during a day of wine tasting, with special dietary needs catered for to ensure everyone is included. After lunch, we’ll make our way to Menglers Hill, where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the valley. This is the ideal spot to reflect on where you've been and where you’re heading next. Our third cellar door is a gem exclusive to Taste the Barossa: the stunning Rosenvale Vineyards, owned by the sixth-generation Rozenwieg family. The palpable passion of the hosts invites you to indulge in a sensational wine tasting experience. This picture-perfect setting enhances the delight as you taste wines produced from the very vines that surround you—world-class is an understatement! Finally, enjoy a scenic drive through Seppeltsfield, where you'll have the opportunity to snap a photo of the iconic Date Palms. Learn about their fascinating origin and the legacy of Seppeltsfield. As we make our way back to Adelaide CBD, sit back, listen to some relaxing music, and take in the stunning scenery, or perhaps close your eyes for a quick nap. We expect to arrive back around 5:30 PM, concluding your perfect Barossa adventure. This tour blends historic wineries, wonderful regional food, breathtaking scenery, and the people who make the Barossa Valley a truly world-class region. Embark on a guided tour to the historic village of Hahndorf and Barossa valley from Adelaide. Immerse yourself into the culture of the area with guided winery visits, wine tastings, and lunch. After morning pickup from Adelaide and Glenelg, head towards the Barossa Valley to discover the region’s charming villages, vineyards, and German heritage. Your last stop will be at Hahndorf, one of the most important German settlements in the region. Wander through the town and be charmed by its quaint 19th-century architecture. Up next, take a scenic drive through the Barossa Valley, where you’ll stop at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop and then in Tanunda at Chateau Tanunda and head towards Lyndoch at the Kies Family Wines. Famed for its prolific production, enjoy a wine tasting alongside lunch at this family-run vineyard. With your last stop at Hahndorf, the German Village. Return to your accommodation in Adelaide just in time to reflect on the sights and tastes of the day over dinner.

Get picked up from your Glenelg or Adelaide hotel and begin following the River Torrens through the spectacular Torrens Gorge. Learn about local wineries and sample their wines along the way. Enjoy your choice of six delicious lunch options. Your first stop, Kersbrook Hill Wines & Cider. Then moving ahead to Maggie Beer's Farm where you can wander around and takes the opportunity to explore the farm. Travel onwards over Barossa Reservoir to Williamstown in Southern Barossa and stop at Chateau Dorrien Wines for more tastings and Lunch at Monkey Nut Cafe adding on to tasting at Kies Family Wines. In the afternoon, travel to The Barossa Chocolate Factory, if time permits/ on special request and last tasting at Chateau Tanunda before returning to Adelaide at approximately 5:15 PM.

Discover the breathtaking beauty of the Barossa Valley on this hot air balloon tour from Nuriootpa. Watch the sunrise as you soar over the valley and end your experience with a mouth-watering breakfast on the ground. Meet your pilot and crew approximately 2 hours before sunrise at the reception center in Nuriootpa. Once everybody is assembled and signed in, your pilot will give you a briefing before you board a comfortable all terrain vehicle for the drive to the launch site. Drive through the Barossa Valley which is famous for having some of the most gorgeous landscapes in all of Adelaide. Once you arrive at the launch site, your pilot and crew will inflate the balloon ready for take-off. Have the option to join in with the balloon preparation. This whole process takes about 30-40 minutes. Jump on board, and after one last briefing and then it’s up, up, and away. Wave goodbye to the crew who will follow on the ground and meet you when you land. Relax and take in the amazing 360⁰ views. Experience the peace and beauty of floating over the countryside as the sun is rising. Fly for about 1 hour before landing somewhere downwind. Once you have landed your crew will meet you and it’s time to pack the balloon away. Hop back in the comfy vehicle and head back to the reception center for breakfast. The morning ends with a delicious Barossa breakfast back at the reception center with a view over Penfolds Stonewell vineyards. Chat with your fellow passengers and pilot about the morning's events, while sipping sparkling wine and indulging in the best Barossa produce.

This experience includes the following: Interactive Cooking Demonstration at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop Colin's Pheasant Farm Wines tasting experience or Maggie's Orchard Gin tasting experience Seasonal lunch at The Farm Eatery with beautiful South Australian ingredients. You will take part in our seasonal cooking demonstration using fresh produce and products from Maggie's exclusive range - and a chance to taste food that has been prepared during the session together. Spend time with friends and family, with the chance to have your photograph taken in the studio kitchen - and be part of this intimate, small group experience. You will be provided with hints and tips to use Maggie's range at home, with easy to follow recipes. Our Farm Shop team will host you in our tasting room for a guided experience of our Pheasant Farm Wines or Maggie's Orchard Gin range. After your Farm Shop experience, head to The Farm Eatery for lunch, to top off your visit to the Barossa.
