    Terrible organization

    Never had I had these many issues when booking a tour in any of my travels. I originally booked with another agency in advanced you cancelled my booking a day before. I then booked this one, which was advertised as available and private at a certain time. Given the previous agency had cancelled I immediately called this one and asked them to confirm the tour, which they did. I got a call saying the tour would be be private, but would take place at 11am and we would get a refund. Then I get another call towards the end of the day saying that they had made a mistake and could not do our arranged tour at 11 and again changed the time and said it still wasn’t private. I had to keep my international phone roaming on so I could find out what was going on with the booking and I also had to cancel and reschedule other activities several times to accommodate this tour. I fully appreciate that after my original agency canceled my booking, this agency made a huge effort to get me entrie

    Francisco was absolutely FANTASTIC! He has such passion for Sagrada Familia - the history, Gaudi, the design, the symbolism - it is infectious. We came away enlightened and inspired. We could not have imagined a better tour experience. Muchas gracias!
