Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed us some really unique items at the Bouqueria Mercado. He purchased some fresh veggies and then - off to cook some delicious paella and a few other dishes! I learned a few new cooking tricks, too. We left with a full belly, a smile on our faces and the recipes, too, so we can cook paella at home, too. This class was the highlight of our visit to Barcelona and I highly recommend!

This was a wonderful class, one of our favorite things we did on this trip. We went to the boqueria to gather the seafood for our paella, and this market was incredible. The class was very interactive and our chef was very knowledgeable. The paella and sangria were delicious. I would do this again if I come back to Barcelona!
