Go from Barcelona to Figueres, where you’ll visit Dalí’s birthplace and the extraordinary museum dedicated to his work. Travel up the coast to the smaller village of Port Lligat, where Dalí sought the peace and quiet that truly inspired him.  The winter schedule (September 1 to June 30) starts with a drive to Figueres, where you will spend the morning exploring the Dalí Museum.  From the museum, drive to Cadaqués. The summer schedule (July 1 to August 31) leaves Figueres for Pubol Castle, once the home of Dalí and his wife Gala, located in the village of the same name. Nice tour! Very diverse, because you get a very comprehensive city tour and at the same time you can try local specialties, from sweets to a stop at the market, tapas and more. A connection to the history of the food and its importance for the region is always made. The tour lasted longer than described, which was also due to the fact that we sat together socially and let the morning end. The guide could have been a bit more personal, but was very friendly and accommodating overall. Gladly again.

Our guide Vincenta made this tour one we won’t soon forget. With her local knowledge and flair, we explored the area stopping in bars and taverns where we were warmly greeted. She answered all our questions from history to art galleries to skateboard shops. The tapas were tasty and the drinks were excellent. If you want to make your trip to Barcelona special I suggest this tour.

Wonderful experience! Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and charm as she guided us and introduced us to hidden sights that we had walked by numerous times and didn't even notice! Gave us a better appreciation for the buildings and history!

Victor, our guide, was very friendly and passionate. I enjoyed the tour. We also got some recommendations around Barcelona, like the best flamenco bar, thank you!

Our absolute highlight in Barcelona!!! Everyone should really do and enjoy this tour! All of us (age group 25-65) were enthusiastic without exception!
