The trip was great. Comfortable bus with a guide, we got to Montserrat in 1 hour, everything was on time without delays. The monastery itself is very beautiful, but 3 hours was not enough for us, since there were a lot of places to walk, we only managed to see the main attractions in the center. If you drive, it will take at least 5 hours, since the paths in the mountains lead to very beautiful views and other places where we were not able to reach.

Very nice place, to see at least once when visiting Barcelona. Transport in small air-conditioned valve, with some commentary from the guide during the beginning of the journey. Once arrived, he explains to us what there is to do on site then you are on a free visit without a guide.

The pickup and transport was good: well managed, although we had to wait for latecomers!!!! Driver was great. In Montserrat, we enjoyed our time, but because of late arrival, we had less time. The guide suggested that we get the tickets for the Black Madonna right away, and then to see other sights. We did buy tickets immediately: for a 10am entrance, only to be told when we went to the line, that even with a 10am entrance, we could expect a waiting time of 45 minutes before seeing the Madonna. This would have used more than half our time in Montserrat!!!! We skipped the Madonna (after PAYING for it), saw the church and then took a 40 minute walk. Overall, there should be MORE TIME available in Montserrat, with at least 4 hours there before retruning. We barely had 2 hours in Montserrat (we spent MORE time sitting in the bus!!). The guide (Gaby?) was excellent! Great information on the way there and coming back.
