Our stunning location is in the heart of Barceloneta, just a ten-minute walk from the beach, overlooking the historic port. With amazing views and a charming terrace filled with lush greenery, it’s the perfect setting for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of champagne before we introduce ourselves. Then, the masterclass begins!

Chef Alfonso, a graduate of Barcelona’s prestigious culinary school and an experienced professional from various renowned restaurants in the city, will guide you through the secrets of this iconic dish. He will introduce you to the finest, freshest ingredients and demonstrate each step of the cooking process in an engaging and interactive way.

Once the meal is ready, you’ll enjoy the delicious creations on our beautiful terrace, surrounded by plants and a stunning sunset.

At the end of the experience, all participants will receive an email with the recipes so you can recreate the magic at home.

Once we met our chef Alfonso and his sous chef/partner Txema, we realized we were the only couple booked in today (he can accommodate 10-12) and we would have an experience of a lifetime. It did not disappoint. They welcomed us with a glass of champagne. Then we got cooking on today's menu consisting of toasted bread with olive oil, tomato and garlic, Gazpacho soup, Russian potato salad, shrimp and mushrooms skewers, Spanish tortilla, and chicken croquettas. All accompanied by freshly made white sangria. This was easily one of the top meals of my life. They were gracious hosts. We sat on a beautiful patio overlooking the marina and we enjoyed their company for over 2 hours eating way too much food.
