1000 characters is not really enough to convey how amazing a guide and person Alan is. He’s so incredibly passionate about his city, his district, the origins of Catalonia, the art of architecture, I find myself at a loss for words. He’s given me such an amazing gift of historical connections and new-found appreciation of not only Gaudi, nor BCN, but art, architecture and the human condition itself. Alan wants to better the world, and frankly, the world is bettered simply by the presence of someone like him in it. Truly one of the greatest afternoons of conversing, learning and sharing that I’ve ever experienced. A most compassionate, genuine, caring, knowledgeable and fun individual. I have relatives that I’ve met before, who I can’t really remember all that well, but I’ll never forget Alan, his teachings and our conversing this afternoon. Thank you Alan. Moltes Gràcies, amigo!

Karla was amazing. I actually had an accident and she took me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time. When we were finished we were able to do a portion of the tour and grab a bite to eat since I hadn’t eaten all day. She was without a doubt the most patient and kind person I have ever had The pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She actually took me to the pharmacy as well to get my prescriptions after my hospital visit
