Barcelona: Cocktail Making Class with Tapas

Claire was an amazing host!! She made us feel so welcome & was incredibly knowledgeable about all things cocktails and more. She was hospitable, friendly and made sure we had a good time. A truly fantastic experience and great value for money. She really made it a fantastic experience and it was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona!

The most amazing time I had before I say bye to Barcelona … When I’m back in Barcelona, I know where to go to for cocktail mixing … Claire is the absolute best… She started to teach the basic science behind cocktail making 60-30-15 (alcohol, acidity and sugar), double filtration when shaking, how to hold while shaking, how much ice to add… I can go on an on about the evening… Ambience is cozy and warm.. it made me feel very welcomed and I ended up meeting beautiful people and even made friends that we didn’t want to part ways. I got there at 8 pm and left 3 am when bar closed, that says something, right..: Absolute must try, who knows you may end up with friends or something more at Milans too
