Full description

Immerse yourself in the "Casa Batlló 10D Experience," which combines artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and machine learning. Delight in a unique experience of one of the masterpieces of Antoni Gaudí, an architecture and design legend. Journey into a Gaudinian universe of seemingly impossible volumetric projections, binaural sound, motion sensors, immersive spaces, tastes, and smells. Access Lord Batlló's Bedroom and take home a photo as a souvenir (if gold option selected). Enjoy two new immersive rooms: the Gaudí Dome (the first room with a dome featuring more than a thousand screens) and the Gaudí Cube (a six-sided LED cube unique in the world). Listen to a script available in 15 languages, as well as a soundtrack created exclusively by the composer Dani Howard and performed by the Berlin Symphony Orchestra. Among the novelties on offer, discover a new core of vertical communication designed by the Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, a floating ladder of 13 tons of polished marble suspended in the air, the first 6-sided indoor mapping on a patio of Gaudí's lights, and the new “Simbolic” store.

Really enjoyed casa Battló, we paid for gold tickets meaning flexible cancellation should we need it. The gold tickets come with a tablet AV tour which is very interactive. The tour takes you around the house and up to a roof terrace and bar were you can stop for a drink, before taking you back downstairs. We were due to see a bedroom with the gold tickets but did not see where this was possible on the day - it may be worth checking this once you arrive as it is not well signposted. It is also worth noting the end of the tour ends in another visual room which contains flashing lights and images - this was not obvious so people with epilepsy should take caution. All in all this was my next favourite Gaudi experience after the segrada so it is on my high recommendation list for anyone visiting Barcelona.

We booked a morning slot and managed to get there a little early. There was a member of staff keen to help who gave us clear guidance. The whole process was very smooth. There were four adults in our group and we loved the house. It was great to be able to climb the stairs, walk the halls and push the doors in the original home. Probably not so keen on the spinning room, screens and final light/sound production ( but that’s just a matter of taste) This is a ‘must see’ if you are at all interested in Gaudi .

We had a great experience at Casa Battló. The interactive tour of the house was very appealing and very interesting. Definitely worth a visit! The only drawback: If you go through too quickly, the audio guide jumps to the next chapter in the middle. But it helps if you enter the old room from the beginning again - but then you have to listen to the chapter from the beginning again. Hence my tip: wait until the bell rings, then you can continue. Casa Battló is simply a beautiful house that has to be seen and experienced.
