Do not miss the correct time and the meeting point to start a tour. We missed the meeting point and the correct time to start the tour. I will suggest finding this pace in advance. We missed the first walking part of the tour. However, visiting of the museum, the second part, was excellent.

The tour was amazing. The location was easy to reach just off the main shopping street Pl. de Catalunya. Our tour guide ( I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice to stroll the streets of Gothic Quarter early morning listening to the tour guide ( they give you a set of headphones , because the street is quite busy and loud). The tour was about 2 hours . We spent about an hour in Picasso’s museum. The tour guide went from room to room explaining the history of each painting and its meaning. As a fan of Picasso since I’ve been a kid I knew quite a lot but still learned a whole lotta information about him and his life through the tour guide. At the end of the tour you are left to explore the museum on your own. It was definitely worth the money.

This is an excellent tour as it showcases some of Picasso’s haunts in Barcelona and helps to highlight remaining physical evidence if the art community that he joined during his years living Barcelona. The museum half is also great, although I would have appreciated some additional time the guide so that I could learn more about his sculpting and ceramics. We’ll worth the money. Following this 10am tour, we independently perused Moco from Noon to 2pm. I don’t believe a guide is necessary for Moco, but I recommend you go to Moco. After lunch, we ended the afternoon with a guided 4:30pm tour of Sagrada Familia.
