Spent 3 hours there , after mixed reviews online , was pleasantly surprised, easy to get to and you can get close up to the animals (some have real characters) went at 10am and they were just being fed so you got to see them

It was a great experience, we saw many different animals. Most of the cafe’s and restaurants were closed so that was a shame. Also the vending machines are cash only.
