Walking with the elephants in the village Instead of elephant rides, we promote an alternative experience at Elefantastic where you can walk with our elephants This program seeks to establish a precedent for creating elephant welfare awareness. 5. Elephant washing & shower Late afternoon is the time we have washing and scrubbing our elephants. Due to safety considerations and according to the India Forest Department guidelines, we cannot have guests enter the lake with the elephants. However, at the sanctuary, you can take part in washing and scrubbing the elephants. In this exercise, the guests are able to view the elephants, and if lucky, enjoy the thrill of being sprayed by the water from an elephant's trunk.

Your evening tuk-tuk tour can be tailored to suit your interests. You will be picked up from your hotel and begin the evening with a visit to Albert Hall Museum which is lit up in the evenings.
