Full description
Muaythai or Thai Boxing is Thailand's most important martial art and a big part of Thai culture. With this VIP ticket, you'll experience the unique atmosphere of a fight at Lumpinee Stadium, where hundreds of fans scream and cheer for their fighter. From your VIP seat, you'll have a great view of the fight, an impressive and violent combat where fighters use different parts of their body, like fists, elbows, knees or shins.  Lumpinee Stadium is one of Thailand's most famous and important stadiums. It's well-known by both locals and foreign fans of Muaythai because it's considered a symbol of modern Thai Boxing. Even though many tourists are excited and curious about this sport, the Lumpinee stadium is also a place where many locals come to enjoy their national sport.

Must see it live

You have to leave in time for traffic, I recommend going by motorcycle taxi. It is in an isolated location, so when leaving there are only taxis that know that you are obliged to take them to leave: be careful with prices because it is far from the center. The combat looks great from the stands and the price is very cheap, you can buy the next ticket at the box office after seeing it at the foot of the ring. The only thing that bothers most from the stands are the punters, but they are concentrated on one side so they can be avoided. They give you the schedule of the afternoon fights, with names and weights, so if you don't like the children's fights you can skip them, but they are the majority so you will only see two fights. They are as serious as those of greater weight or even more, it is amazing to see them. But for Westerners, it is still delicate: it is not the same to see that they take a child on a stretcher than an adult. In short, I highly recommend the experience.

Booked the ringside seats, it was a very good experience and a must do when in Bangkok. I’m not sure how this stadium stacks up against some of the others as this is the only one I have visited. The only thing I will say is that the main event isn’t the last event, the main event was in the middle which was slightly confusing. There are lots of snacks and a street vendor right outside the stadium. The ring side seats are quiet and mainly filled with tourists, if you want to get the proper experience sit with the local people who are gambling. Although I’d still go with the ringside seats as they are the best view.

Must see authentic, real experience and good service!

I’d booked tickets on the Lumpinee website long ago and printed the tickets. We lived near Nana Square in Bangkok some took the metro to Mo Chit and a taxi from the station to the Lumpinee. We were a bit late due to traffic but greated by very helpful staff at the entrance. No problems at all. We were showed to the ringside and asked if we would buy drinks or beer. The Thai boxing was amazing and the entire atmosphere is a must see when in Bangkok. We were thrilled. Would recommend to anyone.
