We gave our driver, Gang, a list of places to visit and she was very obliging...one of the places we listed had plenty of steps (that we wouldn't have been able to manage at this stage as the heat knocked us out) and she suggested an alternate place instead. Very prompt in meeting us/collecting us in our hotel lobby...very good English...took us to restaurants that are not touristy enabling us to experience Thai cuisine like locals. Car was spotless - no annoying freshener smell, very comfortable ride. She was also a great driver/ tour guide.

We took a gamble and booked this last minute at 9pm the night before. I don't think the manager saw our booking, so our driver did not arrive at the scheduled time the next morning. After a few calls, he showed up just 1 hour late and our driver was amazing! His car was super clean, comfortable, and he was so incredibly nice. He didn't speak much English, but we had no problems and then used a translation app to make it easier. We misunderstood what we were getting and weren't able to see all the sites we wanted to, but our driver made sure we had a wonderful day in Pattaya and Bangkok. If you're just wanting to see Pattaya, then this option would be great.

Our driver Kong was excellent! We told him the places we wanted to visit, and he helped us plan an efficient route. He timed the first stop so that we could catch the English tour at the Sanctuary of Truth. He also suggested some activities we hadn’t thought about, and it turned out to be a great day!
