Woody was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and gave us lots of insight on the tour about the railway itself but also more generally about Thailand. The day was really well paced and structured, we started off with the war cemetery and museum that set the scene and provided all the background for what we were about to see. We then went to the bridge at the River Kwai and had time for photos and to be on the bridge as a train drove through. We then took the train ourselves for a beautiful journey and Woody made sure we got good seats. At our end destination we had plenty of time to walk along the tracks and visit the Krasae cave bridge. The day was very eye opening and a very important part of history, very pleased to have experienced it. Day was finished with a good lunch at a nearby restaurant before the drive back. The driver was very professional and made sure we had water and stopped for toilet breaks. Really recommend this trip!
jokey was amazing, very helpful and tooled lots of photos for me. me and my friends very much enjoyed this trip. it was a very long day but was so worth it and the views from the train were incredible!!
