Join a dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River and soak up views of Bangkok’s notable landmarks. Choose from two departure points, and hop onboard a luxurious vessel with an elegant interior, offering the ideal setting for a romantic evening, a family celebration, or a night out with friends. As you board the White Orchid, be greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for a magical evening. Then, relax on the open-air deck 360, sailing past notable landmarks of Bangkok, including the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun), the Royal Grand Palace (Wat Pra Kaew), and the Rama VIII Bridge. Watch a classical Thai dance performance (only dinner cruise), followed by a buffet dinner served with a variety of Thai and Western cuisines and unlimited beer. As the night continues, enjoy live music and disco on the cruise, and a special cabaret show (only dinner cruise) that will keep you entertained throughout the evening. Please note that the cabaret performers often pose for photos with guests, and it is customary to show appreciation for their talents with a small tip. Fantastic fun-filled experience, but it’s vital to manage your time to get there. The check-in location is in a large riverside mall and there can be large crowds, making it difficult to find the place and navigate to it. The app’s meeting point locator is way. Traffic of is bad near the mall so you should give yourself at least an hour to get there, check in and get to the boat. Once there, check-in is chaotic. There may be hundreds of passengers checking in for a number of cruises and there will be a language barrier. The boat will not wait so make time to get there! Once on the boat, it’s awesome. The food (buffet) is delicious, wide-ranging, and all-you-can eat. There is limitless serve-yourself beer. The boat sails north all the way to abeam Wat Arum, where the sunset is stunning. Then it turns around and gets back to Asiatique, with great views. So you sail up by day and back by night. Live singers sing classic tunes. Overall the experience is fantastic.
