This charming market will give you a taste of local life, as nearly no tourists come here. You will leave Khlong Lat Mayom at about 11.00 AM to visit Or Tor Kor market, known for its premium fresh fruit, vegetables and food. The Or Tor Kor market is packed with perfect produce, and is full of exotic fruits and vegetables that are unique to Thailand, as well as imported specialties from around Asia. Customers also shop here for seafood, sweets and cooked foods. The market offers a wide selection of prepared curry pastes and spices for you to take back home, and there is a food court filled with Thai specialties. The last stop will be at Chatuchak Weekend Market. With more than 15,000 retailers in 27 sections, this market is the largest weekend market in the world. Enjoy the fun of bargaining as you browse the incredible variety of merchandise on offer, from the latest fashion items and vintage decor, to Thai crafts and wooden tables. We had such an amazing time! Our tour guide was fantastic and was passionate about her job and teaching us about the local foods. Our driver was great as well and both were very professional and always on time. We enjoyed the boat and all our stops along the way including the orchid farm and walking around several markets. We would highly recommend this tour as it exceeded our expectations. We learned about different foods and were given suggestions on what to try, and also were able to learn more about Thai culture along the way. We had plenty of time to explore the markets and shop - we never felt rushed. Would highly recommend!

My guide “Lin” was excellent, her knowledge, and generosity highly appreciated. The lat mayom market was lovely and had kept the local feeling, as there was not many tourists around this early in the morning. Lin knows the Chatuchak market like her back pocket, and it was very helpful to have her help in navigating through all the alleys.

After having visited Amphawa floating market the day before, I found Lak Mayom floating market more intimate and truly authentic. Perhaps because it was less crowded that Sunday (March 2nd). The tour on long tail is relaxing and you can see true thaï life. A stop at an orchid farm takes flower lovers to heaven! Duï our guide was friendly and informative in many ways. Thank you Duï
