The young lady was waiting at the exit of my plane with my name clearly signed. She escorted me through to the transfer point because I didn’t have a bag and therefore didn’t actually need to go through customs, I wasn’t aware of this so that was really useful I landed at the new terminal and had to take the train, I didn’t even know about this and I’ve been many times to Thailand so that was very helpful to just follow her as I had a short connection so was in a rush. It’s not a cheap service so i would only use it if I was in a rush but they did exactly as promised.
The guide was at the gate and walked us through everything. She was very professional and friendly. She explained everything, assisted us with our luggage and stayed with us until our ride arrived. Everything was very quick and seamless. Nothing I would change.

- - Buggy service cannot operate (as option), if you arrive SAT1 New Terminal or Bus Gate as per the Airport condition without prior notice, we will give a partial refund of Buggy back to you case by case
- - Strictly no photos or videos are allowed when you get through customs. The operator reserves the right to refuse the service and no refunds will be given
- - If no flight details given to us at least 24 hours before arrival - no refund, no compensation will be made
- - If denied entry to the country by immigration, it is impossible for us to help you - no refund
- - All reservation must make at least 1 day, except Visa On Arrival must to 2 days in advance prior to service date, if less than as mentioned, not gaurantee and confirmation will be advised at time of booking
