Discover the sophisticated flavors of Bangkok's 200-year-old Chinatown district, filled with rich ethnic tradition and delicious food. During the 3.5-hour tour you will walk to explore and taste local cuisines and Thai famous street food from 7 famous eateries, varying from street food vendors to renowned fine dining restaurants. Between each tasting location, you will be given a closer look at this unique neighborhood. Meet the food bazaar's lively characters, hear its memorable stories, and visit religious and cultural landmarks as you explore the district. Then it's back to tasting more of the delicious food on offer, including lychee ice cream, Thai tropical fruit drinks, or even a black sesame dumpling in ginger tea.

The tour guide will be waiting for you in front of Bangkok Center Hotel close to Exit 4 of Hua LumPhong MRT (Subway) Station. If you plan to take the MRT, once you reach Exit 4, please take the stairs up. If you decide to take a taxi, please tell the taxi driver that you are going to Bangkok Center Hotel. Once you get there, look for Exit 4 of MRT station. The tour guides usually wear a green T-shirt saying Bangkok Food Tours. If you still don't see the group, please stay in front of Bangkok Center Hotel for a moment. Many times, the tour guide is searching for you. Please note that if there are strangers trying to tell you that the tour is closed, please don't believe them. They are scams and they want to take you to the Gem & Tailor shops. Instead, please stay at the meeting place waiting for your tour guide.

Olive was most informative and enthusiastic. We were most interested in being introduced to the history of the “Pig Alleys”. She was particularly attentive when I became enervated in the heat. She also summarised well the various dishes at the end of the evening, and arranged our tuk tuk home. I would certainly do this again with Olive. Thank-you.

We were lucky to have Nood as our guide. She was great! We tried some very tasty food, and tried things we would never normally try which was great! Nood was patient with however long we were taking, never rushing us. She was knowledgeable about the food and the cultural side of China Town. This is more than just a food tour as you get to see one of the most exciting places of Bangkok in the evening, and getting shown around by a local was fantastic
