It’s a good tour where you get to see different food varieties and parts of china town. Also the famous buddha temple where you will go in and pray which is amazing. But arguably the tour is simple - you are shown stalls and restaurants at a very high level i.e. this is chinese sweet store (then move on), this is chinese doughnut (then move on). So perhaps the tour guide should choose 4-5 places that he recommends instead of 12-15 places and letting the group decide (the group will adopt group mentality and think ‘i will not get this as it will cause (1) a hold up for others (2) i cant sit and eat as everyone will be walking’. So i think an understanding of group dynamics will make this much more efficient. Also communicating the stops/types of foods/number of stops at the beginning would be useful. We ended the tour in what felt rather abruptly because there was no concept of timing.

Really enjoyed this tour, our guide Sunday was excellent and so friendly. I got to ask a lot of questions and learned a lot from him, not just about Chinatown but also general questions about Thai culture, food, customs and Buddhism. We also got to try lots of different foods and learn about each one. Thank you so much Sunday!

I was a little disappointed as I thought the food sampling was pre arranged for us all to sample street food, if we wanted to sample anything we had to buy it individually. the guide was very friendly and helpful but I thought it was a little disjointed. I did enjoy it overall and have some ideas for supper tomorrow.
