The dinner cruise is access friendly, wheelchair. The staff took very good care of my relative- had priority boarding. I am so glad and relieved that my relative is able to experience what others could experience. The singers and dancers were energetic, playing songs in a few languages. The wait crew was attentive. food gets topped up quickly. the view is beautiful

We really liked this experience. You go pier 2 and there saying Smile boat with big sign. Boat is very nice clean. Easy to find tickets, good organized and amazing views. We got table front of the boat and very satisfied. We would totally do this trip again. Food was enough and different choices. Music was nice.

The diner cruise itself was good, but check in was a disaster. Nobody could do anything with the online vouchers before. We were sent away several times even though we were always at the right pier. Since about 4 ships left at the same time, it was very stressful for us. Only after I finally found the provider in their mails did we get our tickets. Write an improvement suggestion on the voucher to the provider.
