What to Expect
Enjoy a 2-day road cycling tour of Pattaya from Bangkok that takes you far off the usual tourist paths, south-east of the city. You will ride along the gulf coast of eastern Thailand, overnighting at a bike-friendly resort with 2 swimming pools, before continuing through the hills behind Pattaya.
Transfer to the start point of your bike ride to cycle along Thailand’s gulf coast, where there is little traffic and even fewer tourists. Pass the golden sand beaches of Namrin Beach, Phala Beach, Utapao, and Satthahip, and see the bright blue fishing boats heading out to sea.
Overnight at a cycle-friendly resort, where 2 swimming pools and a tropical garden will be a welcome relief after your day in the saddle.
Rise early for a morning ride past Khao Cheejan, a giant Buddha image carved on a rock face that stands 425 feet (130 meters) tall. Continue along small back roads with little traffic. There will be a support vehicle to accompany you throughout the tour in the unlikely event that you need it.
Enjoy biking the undulating terrain, with a few short, steep climbs thrown in to the mix to get your adrenalin racing! Cycle in the hills behind Pattaya, before looping down to the azure sea and the end of your tour.
