Reservation process through GetYourGuide was easy and the activity provider White Mountain Adventures was very prompt in providing all the details ahead of time. Adrienne was our guide on this amazing experience and she made sure this was a memorable activity. She had a very good knowledge of the terrain, the weather conditions and was cognizant of the varying fitness and skill levels in the tour group. She made sure every one enjoyed the tour and also provided challenging detours for folks who were keen on doing so. This activity will remain very close to our hearts for a long time to come. Definitely an activity to take up if you are visiting Banff in winters.

The whole trip was very smooth - we had a really small group of 5 so it was perfect. The pace was just right too and the hot chocolate was delicious! Our guide Chris was really kind, friendly and knowledgeable and he really took the time to make sure everyone was ok.

My boyfriend and I loved it. The guide was great and the tour was super nice. It takes you to the main natural attractions in Banff and the lake part was a true adventure

The guide Annika was very informative, had lots of photos to hand around and show different aspects of the tour, good stops for viewing
