The crew is kind, friendly and helpful. On the day of our scheduled tour, the weather was horrendous and the owner, Andrew, had no problem letting us postpone our ride a couple of days. It worked out perfectly. We were happy and impressed with WowBanff and will use them again!!

Driving with the open top shuttle/bus was a great experience. We all enjoyed the sun, the great view , the informations and the friendly drivers. But we didn’t like that the cafe at Moraine Lake was closed before the last bus arrived, that the toilettes looked horrible at this time /Moraine Lake and that the toilettes at the ski hill where already closed, when the last bus from Moraine Lake returned.

This shuttle exceeded our expectations, driving through the mountains with view of the trees above us was amazing. Bear in mind, the top would definitely be unpleasant if it rains. You do run that risk. Bit if you have good weather? Hands down the best way into the lakes. If you can afford it, plan this for 2 days, one day for each lake. You will want to make sure you have enough time, trust me.
