Ben was engaging and approachable, greatly adding to our fun experience. His commentary was both educational and entertaining. We really appreciated his helpful suggestions to smooth our way through crowded situations. We are both senior citizens, one of whom has issues with climbing stairs. Entering the bus was sometimes challenging. Was there an option for greater accessibility? Although the seats were comfortable, the knee room was insufficient and cramped (worse than on an airplane).

Full description

Experience a full-day group tour of Banff National Park’s most iconic lakes, including Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, Vermilion Lakes from Calgary, Banff or Canmore.

Embark on the best hiking trail at Johnston Canyon, and explore the highlights of Banff town.

After heading to the meeting point in Calgary, Canmore or Banff, meet your local guide and board your air-conditioned van for the day. Drive toward Lake Louise, and enjoy a perfect photo opportunity by the pristine shores of the glacial lake.

Continue to Moraine Lake and take in spectacular views of the scenic lake surrounded by mountains. (From October 14–May 31, Moraine Lake will be replaced by Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge)

Next, hike a trail at Johnston Canyon to discover the area's picturesque waterfalls

Finish the tour by immersing yourself in the charm of Banff Avenue before getting dropped off at your original starting point.

  • You may choose the pickup & drop off points of Canalta Lodge Banff, Travel Alberta Canmore Visitor Center or Delta Calgary Downtown Hotel (Inform us if drop off point is different from your pick-up point)
  • Visit Moraine Lake and Vermilion Lakes from June 1 to October 13. For tours between October 14 and May 31, the alternative attraction is Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge
  • You may choose Banff Town Free explore OR visit Bow Falls at the last stop
  • Vehicle size from 6-55 passengers
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, attraction closures, or traffic issues.
  • In winter, crampons will be provided and use at your own responsibility

Was a really fantastic day. Andy, our tour guide, was so talkative and funny! I would have liked a little more time to explore each stop, but with so many people going through its understandable why we couldn't. Great experience over all.
