Ben was engaging and approachable, greatly adding to our fun experience. His commentary was both educational and entertaining. We really appreciated his helpful suggestions to smooth our way through crowded situations. We are both senior citizens, one of whom has issues with climbing stairs. Entering the bus was sometimes challenging. Was there an option for greater accessibility? Although the seats were comfortable, the knee room was insufficient and cramped (worse than on an airplane).
Ben was an amazing tour guide! His knowledge about the geological history events and surroundings is unmatched. He is funny and very personable. Keep up the good work Ben! The lakes are breathtaking. The nature is unmatched! The mountains are stunning!
